Fax it? Surely you would scan it in as a bitmap line drawing and send it over via email as a PDF….
Its obvious that this guy is just old school and thats the way he is used to doing it….

faxes are still used… idk where you come from but in my old job I had to fax all the time

You are right. You can’t get to square one until you come to agreement with the client on requirements. I like the idea of a mock up and fax.
