I use flashDevelop. As you can tell from the name it’s a actionscript/flex IDE mostly. But you can also write html, css, and php with code highlighting and auto complete.

You must be new to programming. Aptana is built on Eclipse. Eclipse uses native widget sets and AWT, so when you say Aptana is slow because it’s built in Java, we’ll that’s just not quite right.

When coding xhtml, css, php, js, ajax on windows i used homesite 5.5 with all features turned off (mainly just used it for tabbed editors & color syntax) but i have since switched over to linux as primary OS and im now using zend studios. Its a very slow program (java), but im really liking the built in php features.

I use EditPad Lite for html and PHP coding. I would hardly do without PixelRuler and ColorCop for the design.

I just use Dreamweaver, Flash & Fireworks. Great!
